Overview

We offer a range of metal fabrication and welding services, working with customers involved in the construction, agriculture, industrial and automotive fields. We have supplied many fabrications, either working to supplied drawings, or through dialogue with clients to draw up bespoke designs, often in 2D or 3D CAD.

Experienced Professionals

Our qualified multi process welding team can work in stainless, mild and carbon steels, and aluminium alloys, and are able to complete delicate sheet metal projects, up to large fabricated assemblies of several tonnes.

Project Example

We have recently completed a large fire escape and walkway to link two buildings together for a renovation project in Chester, as it was fitted to the rear of the building with no vehicular or crane access all parts were made to fit through a standard doorway, and be two man lift. This was delivered and erected by us to the clients complete satisfaction.

THE CHALLENGE

The client had an urgent need to improve the safety barriers and work platform on existing drilling rig, whilst on site to adhere to health and safety compliance and best practice.

THE SOLUTION

We attended the site, and decided on the construction details with the customer. The barriers and work platforms were turned around in the fabrication workshop, and delivered to site, where brackets and smaller items were welded on site to complete the installation work.
