The Challenge

To complete the conversion and renovation work to a derelict church in Chester town centre, forming a new bar and restaurant venue. To the rear of the building a fire escape had to be constructed, joining ground and first floor of the church, to a new access in a nearby office block.

The Solution

Following on site meetings, we designed and manufactured the fire escape, delivered to site and completed the fitting work. One of the main considerations was access, the rear of the building being totally enclosed, all parts were designed as two man lift, to allow carrying through the church.
